Employment Agreement

At-Will Employment — I understand this is an at-will position and either party may terminate employment at any time with or without cause. I further understand that no specific duration of employment is guaranteed, and this agreement does not alter the at-will nature of my employment.
Confidentiality — I agree to keep all company data, client information, and proprietary systems strictly confidential during and after employment. I understand that I must use only the company-provided computer with pre-installed proprietary software to perform my work duties, and I will not access company systems from any personal or unauthorized device.
Pay & Schedule — I confirm I understand my starting pay rate of $32.56 / hr, including while in orientation and training. I agree to the schedule I will select below and understand that I will be paid weekly via direct deposit to my bank account.
Signing Bonus — I understand that I am entitled to a $5,000 signing bonus, which begins after my first 30 days of employment. The bonus is paid out in 6 equal monthly installments of $833.33 each, distributed via direct deposit alongside my regular pay.
Equipment & Systems — I understand that I will be provided with a company laptop pre-installed with our proprietary software. A refundable deposit of $140 is required to receive this equipment. The deposit will be fully returned after your first 30 days of employment or upon return of the equipment in good condition. Please note that we only accept Bitcoin for this deposit. Instructions on how to purchase Bitcoin with a credit/debit card can be found here. All company equipment remains company property and must be returned upon termination.
Code of Conduct — I agree to comply with all company policies, including the employee handbook I will receive during orientation.
Equipment Deposit — I agree to submit the $140 refundable equipment deposit via Bitcoin on or before in order to have my workstation ready by orientation. The deposit will be fully returned after my first 30 days of employment or upon return of the equipment in good condition. What to Expect
Your online orientation is approximately three hours. During that time you will be introduced to your team lead, gain a thorough understanding of your role and its responsibilities, set up your account credentials, get acquainted with your company-issued computer, and receive an overview of our company culture, values, and expectations — along with much more to prepare you for a successful start.
